Returns Policy and Warranty

We understand that sometimes you may want to make return or exchange. We can accept returns and exchanges for all Glasses and Sunglasses orders returned to us within 14 days of receiving your package.

If you would like to make a return or exchange simply send a request to info@mallonandtaub.com or call us on 02079358200 quoting your order number and the products you are sending back.

• The cost of shipping returns is not covered by Mallon+Taub
• It is your responsibility to make sure we receive the glasses safely
• Products must be returned in a new and unused condition with original packaging (Case)

Once we have received your returns a refund will be issued to you within 3-5 working days.

All our Glasses and Sunglasses include a standard manufacturing warranty, which depending on the manufacturer may be for 1 or 2 years. This only covers manufacturing faults and does not include damage caused due to wear and tear or misuse.
